The Royal Commission for Riyadh City agreed in its second meeting for the year 1439H, to consider the sites surrounding public transport stations within a range of 800 meters as “areas for development directed to public transport” subject to regulations, controls, special requirements, and incentives for development, to increase the number of public transport users and enhance its efficiency and achieving integration between transport and land use.
