Mission & vission

Our Vision

As the de facto authority, our vision is inextricably linked to that of the development and future prosperity of Riyadh. In so being, our Vision is to transform Riyadh into one of the best cities in the world in terms of quality of life, the efficiency of the economy, the attractiveness of investment and entrepreneurship, to facilitate the needs and ambitions of its citizens, and to achieve this in the most environmentally sustainable way.

Our Mission

To use our mandate to advance the city of Riyadh and its citizens. To capitalize on our sphere of influence with stakeholders, commerce and the community. To practice comprehensive strategic planning to define executable programs, coordinate their implementation among the city’s operating entities, support them and monitor their performance, in a way that ensures increasing effectiveness, saves resources, maximizes results and overcomes challenges.

Our Values

We promote responsibility between individuals and society with the main pillars on which civilizations are based and from which standards get higher:

  • Transparency and integrity

Riyadh is known as the cultural capital of Saudi Arabia due to its numerous cultural centres. Among them are the King ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz Historical Centre, the National Museum, and the National Library.

  • Excellence and creativity

Being truly caring, trusting and investing in customers. It’s hospitality that makes businesses strong and helps eliminate anxiety created by the paradox of choice—the overwhelming amount of options that customers are faced with on a daily basis.
